A timer relay is a control relay that features a built-in time delay function. They function as a combination of an electromechanical output relay and a control circuit, in which contacts can be easily opened or closed before or after a predetermined interval. Timer Relays are standard of two types: normally open and normally closed, which delay time functions from milliseconds to hours and even reaching days.

Types of Relays
